PASSION - I live every day with passion. I am passionate about the SportStars vision and 110% committed to ensuring our vision is realized. I have a great love for people and for life and live every day to the full. I am living the dream!!!
RAVING FANS - I understand that if a customer is simply satisfied then I am not doing my job. I will accept nothing less than my customers being delighted.I will create raving fans of SportStars wherever I go.
SYSTEMS - I believe in the SportStars business systems and work within them every single time. I am constantly looking for ways in which we can improve our systems and raise my suggestions accordingly.
BELIEF - I firmly believe that children massively gain in self esteem, health, confidence, leadership, discipline, team work and many more life skills as a result of the SportStars experience.
CHILDREN FIRST - The safety and well being of each child that comes into contact with SportStars is my absolute number one priority. I will ensure that EVERY child achieves maximum growth and development from their time with SportStars.
ENERGY - I live with a tremendous level of energy. My extreme enthusiasm for SportStars is infectious to colleagues and customers alike. I am fun to be around and always wear a huge smile. I smile and the world smiles with me.
HEALTH - I lead a fantastic healthy lifestyle and believe that my health is my most valuable asset. I look after my body and encourage others to do the same. I understand that in order to achieve outstanding success in my life it is essential that I achieve outstanding health.
NEGATIVITY IS MY ENEMY - I understand the destructive properties of negativity and under no circumstances do I tolerate it in myself and my colleagues. I remain wonderfully positive in all situations and remind others to do so if I detect negative vibes. I see problems as challenges and thrive on seeking solutions. I have a positive attitude towards all members of the SportStars team. If I have a problem with someone I immediately get it out in the open with them and communicate honestly until we reach a positive conclusion for both parties. I never complain about people behind their back.
GROWTH AND CONTRIBUTION - I am not naive enough to believe that I will ever have enough knowledge. I am continually learning and growing, developing myself as a person at every opportunity. I am socially responsible and find great pleasure in contributing towards the lives of others as part of my life.
AMBITION - I am ambitious in all aspects of my life and have a huge desire to achieve awesome results and success. I am goal orientated and do everything to ensure I exceed my targets every time. I ecstatically celebrate the successes of SportStars, myself and others.
RAPPORT - It is vital that I build a positive rapport with everyone I meet. I show interest in listening to others and work on building exceptional relationships with customers and colleagues. I avoid criticizing and condemning people, choosing instead to give genuine praise and encouragement wherever possible.
SPORTSTARS AMBASSADOR - I am an excellent role model. I understand that my actions directly reflect the company and I am a positive ambassador of SportStars by living and breathing our twelve points of culture. I am a friend to all and family is extremely important to me. I am a team player and include everyone around me as a member of my team treating all with respect. I am an extremely proud member of the SportStars family.
